Andreas HACKE

Andreas has been registered as a lawyer since 2002 and has been a partner in his current firm since 2005. Previously he worked for Hengeler Mueller.

Andreas regularly acts as arbitrator, mediator, conciliator and member of Dispute Boards to resolve complex commercial, corporate, construction and investment disputes. Further info on his work as neutral in dispute resolution can be found at www.ahacke.com.

As counsel, he represents and advises clients on all commercial and corporate matters, on complex negotiations and on resolving disputes. He is specialised lawyer (Fachanwalt) for commercial and corporate law.

Andreas holds a post as Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Oxford, England, in the BCL/MJur courses Commercial Negotiation and Mediation and International Commercial Arbitration. He further teaches trainings and workshops and holds seminars on negotiation skills, conflict management, commercial mediation and arbitration for corporate clients.

Andreas is the author of numerous publications in the field of dispute resolution and is regularly invited to speak at conferences.
