Andrea MENACKER

.Andrea Menaker is Head of the Firm's Public International Law Group and specializes in investment arbitration, where she has represented respondent States and claimant investors in equal measure in some of the most ground-breaking investment arbitration cases. Andrea also serves as arbitrator and has served as an expert witness on investor-State issues. After more than a decade in the Firm's Washington, DC office, Andrea transferred to London in 2019 to grow and co-lead the Firm's investment arbitration practice there.
