Frank LATTAL

Frank acts as an arbitrator, mediator, and neutral case evaluator for commercial disputes. A 35-year legal and business career has provided a wide range of dispute resolution experience through the private law practice, as an in-house general counsel and as the Chief Claims Officer for ACE/Chubb Group, the world’s largest publicly traded Property & Casualty insurer. He has particular expertise in commercial, M&A, construction, cross-border/political risk, insurance and reinsurance-related disputes.

Frank is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a member of the Panel of Distinguished Neutrals of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR), an ARIAS - U.S. and UK certified Arbitrator and a FINRA certified Arbitrator.
