HECTOR ANAYA MONDRAGON

Héctor Anaya Mondragón is a lawyer specialized in litigation and arbitration, admitted to practice in Mexico and Spain. He is a founding partner of Gritwood Dispute Resolution, S.C., a Mexico City-based firm specializing in arbitration and litigation.

With more than 20 years of professional practice, Hector focuses on arbitration, administrative litigation, cross-border litigation and foreign investment protection. He has represented clients from diverse industries, such as construction, infrastructure, energy, transportation and insurance. Héctor also serves as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations.

Hector obtained his law degree from Universidad Panamericana in 2004 and an LL.M. in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School in 2009. In addition, he is a lawyer by revalidation in Spain since 2010 and holds a doctorate from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University since 2014.
