Marine MAFFRE MAUCOUR

Since 2011, Marine has been working on contract and claim management issues, playing an active role in ICC arbitration cases. She is also interested in preventive and curative actions, including mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Marine's focus lies on issues related to large-scale international industrial projects in the fields of energy, transport, and infrastructure, with a particular emphasis on projects connected to sustainable development, the environment, renewable energies, as well as innovation and leadership.

Marine co-founded HMC Advisory, an independent consultancy boutique, alongside Théo Hermantin and Antoine Clouet, to help companies and contractors manage their contracts at every stage of their projects.
