Marion GADY
Marion Gady is a Senior Director in FTI’s Paris office. She joined FTI in 2011.
Marion has been assisting leading companies and law firms for 15 years. Specialized in valuation issues, her expertise covers valuation in the context of M&A, as well as the quantification of damages claims in domestic and international commercial and investment disputes. She has assisted French and multinational companies, and leading law firms, in various countries around the world including Africa and Europe. Her experience covers many different industry sectors including energy, distribution, real estate, services, mining, construction, telecommunications, and food.
In the context of international arbitration disputes, Marion has been appointed as an expert three times and has provided oral evidence once, in English. She has been involved in more than 40 international arbitration procedures, mainly before the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (“ICSID”). Marion is one of the experts listed by Lexology Index: Arbitration Future Leaders. She is fully proficient in French and English.
Before joining FTI, Marion worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in valuation, audit, and strategic consulting.
Marion obtained a Msc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. Before that, Marion obtained a Master 1 in Banking, Finance and Insurance from Paris IX Dauphine, where she studied for four years, including two years specialising in finance.
The CFA Institute has awarded Marion the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
