Nathan TAMBLYN
Lawyer
Nathan studied law at Oxford and Cambridge. He is a barrister, and practiced from chambers in London. He was then appointed at universities in England and Hong Kong, and is Senior Fellow in Law Reform at the University of Lincoln. He is a lawyer at the Law Commission, where he led on its review of arbitration law, resulting in the Arbitration Bill. He is seconded to the Ministry of Justice to assist the Bill team in the Bill’s passage through Parliament. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
