Sally KOTB
Sally Kotb is a Partner in Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution and International Arbitration practice in Dubai. She has been recognized as a leading arbitration practitioner by Who's Who Legal UAE (2024) and named one of Africa’s 50 Most Promising Arbitration Practitioners (2020) by the Association of Young Arbitrators.
Sally has served as the regional representative of the LCIA Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) for three years and holds the esteemed Fellow designation from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). She is actively involved in promoting diversity and equality in arbitration, serving on the Middle East Subcommittee of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge. Sally has also been appointed as the ICC UAE delegate to the ICC Global Commission on Arbitration and ADR for the 2024–2027 term.
Sally is the Dubai ambassador for Baker McKenzie’s Arbitration Lunch Match initiative, which fosters inclusion and diversity within the international arbitration community. Her work spans disputes across construction, energy, and commercial sectors, and she is widely regarded for her contributions to arbitration in the UAE and beyond.
