Sarah ROSS

Sarah Ross is General Counsel at United Mining, with over 14 years of specialized experience in project development, project finance, regulatory compliance, and M&A. She has particular expertise in establishing resource projects in emerging markets.

Sarah began her career in the Paris office of Mayer Brown LLP before transitioning to Washington, D.C., where she advised multinational corporations and development banks on complex project finance and development matters. She subsequently served as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Endeavour Mining Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in the successful construction and commissioning of the Houndé and Ity Gold Mines and the establishment of the company's internal aviation service.

Sarah subsequently served as Head of Legal at Allied Gold Corporation, where she facilitated the company’s growth from a single asset junior to a mid-tier producer, as well as its recent listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).
Sarah holds a law degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master's in Law from the University of Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. She is admitted to practice law in both the United States and France and is bilingual in English and French.
