Zeina TALHOUNI

Zeina is a Principal Counsel at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ("EBRD"), a multilateral developmental investment bank based in London.

Prior to joining EBRD, Zeina worked in private practice where she advised on the development and financing of power projects (conventional, renewables and waste to energy) and oil & gas projects across Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Zeina has experience advising a wide range of clients including energy companies, governments, global investment and commercial banks, multilaterals and export credit agencies.
