Managing Counsel
As Managing Counsel of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Živa oversees and coordinates the work of the ICC Court Secretariat's case 12 management teams, 7 in Paris, and one in each of New York, Hong Kong, São Paulo, Singapore and Abu Dhabi. She reviews awards submitted for the ICC Court’s scrutiny as well as appointments and other decisions taken by the ICC Court and provides guidance to the teams in their daily case management.
She is a Slovenian lawyer and holds an L.L.M. from King’s College London (KCL).
