Presentation

This event brings together practitioners from across the region to share practical insights and first-hand experiences with expedited arbitration. Rather than focusing on theory, the discussion will explore how expedited procedures work in practice, when they are most effective, and the challenges and opportunities they present for parties, counsel, and arbitrators. Designed as an interactive experience-sharing session, the event will feature a panel discussion complemented by active audience participation. Participants will be encouraged to contribute their own experiences, examples, and perspectives, fostering an open exchange of views shaped by regional practice and cross-border cases.

Organised by ICC Serbia and ArbCEE, with support from ICC Croatia, ICC Slovenia, ICC Slovakia, ICC Czech Republic and ICC Poland, as well as the Hungarian Arbitration Association, Belgrade Arbitration Association, the Bosnian Association Arbitri , the Polish Arbitration Association and the Estonian Arbitration Association, the event aims to showcase the region’s practical expertise and encourage dialogue on efficient dispute resolution in international arbitration.

At the conclusion of the event, participants will have the opportunity to join a guided tour of the exhibition at the Serbian Cultural Center.
