The Young Arbitration Associations annual conference at PAW takes a comparative law approach to explore arbitration topics. This year, we will explore the powers of courts acting in support of arbitration: "When Courts Step In: Comparative Judicial Powers in Support of Arbitration". The panel session will be moderated by Anne-Carole Cremades. The speakers composing the panel are: Maximin de Fontmichel (France), Talia Bally (Switzerland), Ryan Pistorius (Canada), and Joana Granadeiro (Portugal).
