Presentation

The panel, co-hosted by the Association Franco-Chinoise pour le Droit Économique, will discuss the latest court annulment decisions across Europe and Asia.

Further, the panelists will discuss the latest court practices in light of relevant amendment of national laws, in particular the effect of the new PR Chinese Arbitration Law.
