Presentation

The Luxembourg Arbitration Association cordially invites you to its first PAW event.

Several countries are or have recently gone through the process of reviewing and reforming their arbitration laws. Luxembourg is no exception. Conscious of its unique role in connecting investors and markets around the world, Luxembourg has drawn inspiration from best practices in the field to equip the country and its vibrant financial centre with a modern and competitive legal framework for the settlement of disputes through arbitration and the enforcement of awards.

A panel of eminent practitioners and scholars will engage in a critical and comparative discussion of reforming arbitration laws with a focus on Luxembourg's recent reform of the rules governing arbitration as well as the annulment and enforcement of awards.

The event is followed by a drinks reception.
