This conference, jointly organised by the SOAS Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Centre (SADRC) and Kroll, will explore key developments and practical challenges in construction arbitration across multiple regions. Discussions will cover document disclosure, management of complex project records, and the role of confidentiality in arbitration proceedings. It will examine how geopolitical developments are reshaping construction and infrastructure projects in Eastern and Northern Europe. It will also focus on the evolving landscape of construction arbitration in Nigeria following the introduction of the National Policy on Arbitration. Regional perspectives from the MENA region and Sub-Saharan Africa will highlight differing legal approaches and emerging dispute trends.
