The Tashkent International Arbitration Centre (TIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan was officially launched at the 2019 edition of PAW, marking a pivotal moment for dispute resolution in the region. As of January 2025, the TIAC caseload has tripled compared to the same period in 2024. Current statistics reveal that the majority of the cases administered by TIAC are international in nature, with non-Uzbek claimants increasingly seeking recourse to TIAC for disputes involving non-Uzbek respondents.
