Presentation

Fladgate invite you to The Next Phase of Inclusion: Actionable Insights from the LCIA EDI Guidelines.

In collaboration with the LCIA EDI steering group, this session will introduce the LCIA EDI Guidelines and explore their potential to advance more inclusive practices in international arbitration.

With a focus on fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion, the discussion will demonstrate how the Guidelines can strengthen arbitral proceedings, making them fairer and more accessible for all stakeholders.

Drawing on institutional insights and practitioner perspectives, the session will cover:

• The trends, challenges, and best practices that shaped the development of the Guidelines.
• Practical examples of how the Guidelines can influence hearing procedures and conduct.
• Tools, including technology, that can drive meaningful progress and usher in the next phase of inclusion in arbitration.

Join us for an engaging discussion and the opportunity to network with arbitration professionals from around the globe who are committed to exploring how EDI can enhance arbitration and deliver better outcomes.
