Presentation

The use of AI by Arbitrators and its potential impact on enforceability is one of the most significant issues facing International Arbitration. Simon Greenberg, Partner at Clifford Chance and Emily Hay (Arbtech and Co-Chair of the ICC Task force on AI) join Laragh Lee of Trinity International. Moderated by Stephen Dowling SC, founder of TrialView, the discussion will cover common enforceability risks, including reasoning gaps, internal inconsistencies, procedural compliance, and jurisdiction-specific vulnerabilities. A live demonstration of TrialView’s AI-based solution will precede this panel discussion, followed by audience Q&A and an opportunity to network over drinks.
