Georgetown University Club of France

The Georgetown Alumni Club of France serves as the bridge between Georgetown University keeping alumni, faculty, parents, and friends connected to the heart of the Hilltop. We are a chartered club of the Georgetown University Alumni Association (GUAA) and we are managed and operated entirely by alumni volunteers.
The Club of France was founded in 1991 as a non-profit association in accordance with French law and with the full recognition and support from Georgetown University. Our mission is to engage with Georgetown alumni in France to promote social, cultural and professional relations. We organize activities with alumni and the university itself to enrich our intellectual, cultural and professional lives, to provide ongoing ties to the university and to represent Georgetown’s values of excellence and community in France.
The club organizes events throughout the year, including talks, cocktails with visiting Georgetown professors or deans, happy hours and cultural outings. We also co-sponsor events with other university alumni clubs in Paris and aim to keep our members informed about the upcoming activities of Georgetown alumni clubs in nearby countries.
