Nepal International ADR Center

Nepal International ADR Center (NIAC) is a nonprofit ADR institution committed for accessible and credible dispute resolution service in Nepal. It is also a founding member of the Asia Pacific Center for Arbitration and Mediation (APCAM).

NIAC is comprised of a diverse group of experts including jurists, lawyers, management experts, engineers, charter accountants, arbitrators, mediators and academicians.
It vibrantly works for domestic and international dispute resolution through arbitration and other forms of ADR.

Our key focus areas include:

• Organizing trainings, workshops, seminars, outreach events and conferences to strengthen ADR expertise.
• Facilitating partnerships and collaborations among ADR professionals and scholars to promote knowledge-sharing and innovation.
• Offering arbitration tours combining professional development with cultural immersion in stunningly mesmerizing county - Nepal.
• Collaborating with legal and ADR institutions to enhance the quality and scope of ADR services.
