Roma Tre – UNIDROIT Centre for Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration

The Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre on Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration is a joint initiative between Roma Tre University School of Law and the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT).

The Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre aims to establish a stable dialogue on these topics by fostering relations and promoting collaborations with universities, national and international scientific bodies (both public and private), and the private sector.

It further aims to promote research and scholarly debate on these topics through the coordination of research projects, the organisation of conferences, seminars and workshops, and the production and dissemination of specialised publications.

Among other activities, every year the Roma Tre - UNIDROIT Centre organises the following events:
