The video integration offers break out rooms for consultations and conferences, with real time video transcription offering a simple solution for witness preparation, including US-style depositions.
At hearings, whether remote or hybrid, any document can be presented on the same platform at the click of a button. Users can follow what is being presented in real time. Video conferencing tools, especially designed for Court hearings, enable oral submissions and evidence whilst simultaneously following the material being discussed.
TrialView’s unique synchronising technology means the paper experience is replicated. Users can interact with the documents in real time and will remain on the same page whilst maintaining the ability to create notes – which will be privately saved for later reference.
