Agnès BIZARD
Agnès Bizard is an International Arbitration Counsel in King & Spalding’s Paris office. Her practice focuses on investment, commercial disputes and construction with particular focus on infrastructure, energy and manufacturing sectors. She has substantial experience in multiple jurisdictions and in Africa and Europe especially.
Agnès has participated in numerous arbitral proceedings conducted under the ICC, ICSID, AFA, UNCITRAL and CCJA arbitration rules, in which she delivered opening and closing arguments and cross-examined witnesses, quantum and technical experts. She frequently appears before French courts in set aside proceedings. Her work also includes acting as arbitrator.
Agnès is Court Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Officer of the IBA Arbitration Committee (Newsletter Editor) and Co-Chair of the CFA40.
