Agnieszka Ason is an independent arbitrator and the founder of Ason Energy, a specialist dispute resolution and strategic advisory practice focused on LNG contracts and price reviews. She combines deep energy market insight with a top-tier international law firm background and a proven track record in high-value gas and LNG arbitrations across Europe and Asia, with a particular focus on price review, hardship, force majeure, and non-delivery disputes. She also serves as an external advisor to law firms and in-house counsel on LNG dispute strategy, price review readiness, negotiation, and execution.

Alongside her practice, Agnieszka is a Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies and regularly publishes, guest lectures, and delivers board briefings and executive training on international energy contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
