Alexander Voigt is a world leading expert in applying System Dynamics simulation to analyze complex construction and engineering projects. Over the course of his career, spanning nearly three decades, he has led consulting teams preparing fifteen major forensic delay and disruption assessments in four continents, ranging in value from $12 million to $4 billion.

Holding master’s degrees in aeronautical engineering and in business administration, Alex has developed and taught graduate courses in System Dynamics and in Project Management, and he routinely contributes to reputed journals and professional institutions. Most recently, Alex was the co-author of AACE Recommended Practice No. 135R-24, “System Dynamics Modeling to Demonstrate Entitlement to Project Disruption Costs”.
