Alison PEARSALL

Alison Pearsall has extensive experience advising large multinational corporations on high value/risk arbitration and litigation cases and risk management in the tech, oil and gas, waste and water sectors. Prior to her in-house career, she served as the Common Law Counsel at the ICC International Court of Arbitration and exercised in private practice at large law firms in New York and Paris, specializing in international arbitration and complex commercial litigation. She is currently a member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR, the ASA User's Council and previously served as a court member of the LCIA and Chair of the New York City Bar Committee on International Trade. Alison is qualified both as a U.S. attorney and as a mediator.
