Annabel works with clients from a range of industries, including life sciences and health care, energy, and financial services, to resolve their complex international arbitration disputes by providing pre-arbitration advice, assistance with mediation and settlement, or taking a case all the way to trial.
Annabel has steered clients from Europe, the Americas, Asia and Africa through disputes arising out of complex financing transactions, license and development agreements, concession agreements and long-term supply agreements, joint-venture disputes and post M&A disputes, as well as general contractual disputes. Her experience encompasses disputes governed by foreign law, arbitrations conducted under the major institutional rules (ICC, LCIA), ad hoc arbitrations and arbitration-related court proceedings.
