Arnaud DE NANTEUIL

Professor Arnaud de Nanteuil is a well-established authority in public international law, which he teaches at Université Paris Est Créteil, along with European law, international relations law, international business law, international tax law as well as international investment law and arbitration. He regularly advises in relation to ICSID arbitrations as well as to other arbitral proceedings (ICC, UNCITRAL, LCIA...) involving questions of public international law and international investment law. He also serves as ICSID arbitrator. His 2014 book, Droit International de l’investissement, is the first francophone handbook exclusively dedicated to international investment law and won an Institute de France prize. The fourth edition has been published in 2025 and as well as an English version. Another of his book dedicated to investment law and trade law in Africa was awarded an Institut de France prize in 2025.
