Ashleigh BROCCHIERI

Ashleigh is Expert Counsel at the Secretariat of the ICC Court of Arbitration in Paris, acting as subject matter expert on practices and procedures for Dispute Resolution Services. She previously acted as Deputy Counsel and Counsel at the ICC Court, heading the Common law case management team dealing primarily with disputes arising out of the UK, Ireland and Africa. In her role as Counsel at the ICC Court, Ashleigh supervised a high volume of arbitration cases, and was involved in the scrutiny of arbitral awards. Ashleigh is qualified to practice law in England and Wales (2016) and France (2018).
