At WAGPA, Mr. SYLVESTRE BIAOU serves as a Legal Officer/Legal Adviser, providing strategic legal guidance within the framework of the West African Gas Pipeline Project, an international initiative established by treaty among Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, and Togo.
