Charles Dequaire has joined Value & Risk as Partner and Managing Director Luxembourg in 2024. Value & Risk (www.valuerisk.com) is a company specialized in the independent valuation of financial instruments including Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure. Before joining Value & Risk, Charles had been working for 19 years for EY Luxembourg as an Audit Partner specialized in Banking & Capital Markets and Private Equity. He has also been working for 2 years as CFO and co-Director of a Family Office in Luxembourg. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Management and is a Chartered Accountant.
