Claudia Hoffmann is a Partner in Luther’s Luxembourg office and a member of the Financial Ser-vices, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments practice with over 15 years of experience. She advises international asset managers and sponsors on the design, launch and operation of UCITS and alternative investment funds, across both regulated and unregulated vehicles and a wide range of asset classes. Her practice covers the full fund lifecycle, including choice of regime and vehicle, governance and documentation, regulatory approvals and ongoing compliance for open-ended and closed-ended fund structures.
