Claudia NARDINOCCHI

Claudia Nardinocchi is the International General Counsel at Eiffage Génie Civil, one of Europe’s leading construction and civil engineering Groups. She oversees the legal strategy and contract management for major infrastructure projects worldwide, with a focus on Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Claudia advises on a wide range of construction and PPP contracts, addressing complex issues of risk allocation, performance, and dispute resolution.

Her work bridges technical and legal disciplines, promoting efficient project delivery and balanced contractual frameworks in high-stakes environments. Her expertise focuses on managing cross-border projects and complex construction contracts, as well as identifying and implementing dispute resolution processes and claim prevention strategies.

Before joining Eiffage, Claudia practiced as an attorney (dual- qualified in France and Italy) specialized in international business contracts, an experience that continues to inform her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to international construction projects.
