Daduna KOKHREIDZE

Daduna Kokhreidze is Chief Legal and Contracts Officer at FIDIC (the International Federation of Consulting Engineers), where she leads the organisation’s global legal and contracts operations from its Geneva headquarters. She oversees corporate governance, risk management, intellectual property, and the development and dissemination of FIDIC standard contract forms, and works closely with key stakeholders and multilateral development banks (MDBs).

With extensive experience in construction law, consulting engineering, and infrastructure projects, Daduna is widely recognised as an expert in FIDIC contracts and dispute avoidance and resolution. She has advised on the application and interpretation of FIDIC forms, represented parties in negotiations and multiple dispute resolution forums, and served as a dispute board member on FIDIC-based projects.

Before joining FIDIC in 2019, she was a partner at a leading Georgian law firm and founding President of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Georgia. She is a qualified lawyer and holds an MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR Accredited Mediator, and is included in the The Legal 500 GC Powerlist: Switzerland 2025.
