David MELCHIOR

David Melchior has spent the past 30 years analyzing, structuring, negotiating, and closing major international commercial projects, including nuclear and non nuclear power plants and onshore/offshore wind connection projects.
David has over 20 years of experience advising and supporting Executive Management (including at Alstom, ABB and Hitachi Energy) as well as developing and leading cross cultural teams of international lawyers and contract managers.
David Melchior currently leads a team of Development Commercial Managers and Contract Managers based across the U.S. and Europe, focusing on nuclear new build projects at Westinghouse.
