Emmanuelle CABROL

Emmanuelle Cabrol is a partner, heading the Ashurst Paris international arbitration practice.

Emmanuelle specialises in international arbitration with more than 20 years’ experience. She has conducted both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations under all the major institutional rules in a number of jurisdictions. Emmanuelle acts in commercial disputes between private companies in a variety of sectors. She has also developed a particular expertise in disputes involving States, representing both private investors and States, in high-profile disputes. She also regularly sits as an arbitrator.

Emmanuelle lectures international arbitration at La Sorbonne (Paris I) and regularly speaks at seminars specialising on this topic. She is "highly recommended" by leading directories as a "key player in the field", with "an arbitration practice which sets the highest of standards".

Emmanuelle is an avocate at the Paris Bar, a Solicitor-Advocate of England and Wales and also has an academic background in German law.
