Dr. Fahad Abuhimed is the Managing Partner and Head of Public Policy at AS&H Clifford Chance in Riyadh, and one of Saudi Arabia’s leading arbitration and litigation practitioners. With over two decades of experience, he has advised multinational corporations, regional conglomerates, financial institutions, and high-profile claimants on complex, high value disputes across sectors including telecommunications, healthcare, aerospace, real estate, and financial services. His career includes senior government roles at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where he served as Deputy Minister for Laws and Regulations and contributed to landmark legislative initiatives such as the Companies Law and Insolvency Law.
