Genevieve HELLERINGER

Geneviève Helleringer PhD (Sorbonne), JD (Columbia), MSc (Oxford), MBA (ESSEC) is a Professor of Business Law at ESSEC Business School and Oxford University, and a Visiting Professor at Columbia Lawschool and Paris-Panthéon-Assas university.
A member of the NY and Paris Bars, with a French, Anglo-American and German background, and significant experience in Asia, she is a commercial arbitrator and mediator. She has also acted as expert witness in several high value cases in the UK and the US.
