Ghiyta IRAQI

Ghiyta Iraqi is a Lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar since 2010. She is now based in Casablanca, where she is Partner at I&I Law firm, a Law Firm based in Casablanca since 1975.

She acts as arbitrator and counsel in international arbitration proceedings.

She is an accredited arbitrator by the Moroccan Minister of justice, the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Moroccan Court of Arbitration (CMA), a Member of the CIARB, the Co-chair of the Arbitration and ADR Commission of ICC Morocco and a co-founder of the Moroccan Arbitration Club.
