Jean de Fontgalland has been accompanying companies in their disputes for over 15 years, both at international law firms and in-house.

With a strong focus on the financial sector, Jean has built experience in dispute resolution through regulatory investigations (DOJ, FCA, SFO, PNF), transborder litigations, class actions and international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, DIS, ICSID).

French national, Jean is dual qualified – he is admitted to the New York and Paris bars. He is currently working in the Litigation & Investigations department of Société Générale.
