Karolina ROZYCKA

Karolina Rozycka is a partner in Clifford Chance's International Arbitration Group, based in Paris.

Karolina's practice focuses on international commercial and investment arbitration as well as annulment proceedings and enforcement actions in France and worldwide. She advises on complex and high value disputes for major corporate clients, involving a variety of arbitration seats, applicable laws and arbitration rules (ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, ADCCAC, ICDR-AAA, etc). She acts as both counsel and arbitrator.

Karolina's experience encompasses a range of dispute types and business sectors, including mining & natural resources, energy, aerospace & defence, post M&A/joint ventures, construction, general commercial disputes as well as disputes involving allegations of corruption/illegality. She also has substantial experience in risk advisory & dispute management as well as other types of ADR such as mediation.

Karolina lectures at various universities in arbitration/international dispute resolution and regularly speak and write on related issues. She is part of the steering committee of the Concours d’Arbitrage International de Paris (CAIP) and active in other arbitration-related initiatives, including acting as Country Representative for France for Arbitral Women.
