Dual-qualified lawyer (Brazil and Portugal) and Investment Manager at Loopa, a litigation fund focused on funding complex corporate disputes across Latin America and Europe. Marina holds a Master’s degree in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) Law School. She has also received advanced training in dispute resolution at the University of Salamanca, Pepperdine University and Bucerius Law School. She has solid experience in institutional arbitration and mediation, having worked at the Secretariat of leading arbitral institutions, including CAM-CCBC, CIAM and the ICC (Paris office), where she managed proceedings conducted in English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
