Nicole is a sports lawyer with a deep passion for football governance, regulatory compliance, and ethics in sports. Nicole's career has taken her through both the legal and financial sectors. Nicole is currently working at FIFA, where she has been involved from ethics and disciplinary matters to football development projects, and governance oversight, helping to shape the future of the game.

Beyond her legal work, Nicole is committed to promoting the role of women in sports law. As an active member of WisLaw (Women in Sports Law Association) and part of its Events Committee, Nicole enjoys the creation of spaces for professionals to connect, share knowledge, and drive positive change in the sports industry.

Originally from Argentina, with an Italian background, Nicole thrives in international environments, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to uphold integrity, fairness, and innovation in sports law.
