Rashna Mistry is a Member of the Management Committee at Tata Projects Limited, one of India’s leading infrastructure companies. She leads the Legal, Contracts, Secretarial, Ethics and Compliance functions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s governance and risk management frameworks.

Prior to joining Tata Projects, Rashna served as the Head of Legal Disputes at Standard Chartered Bank, India, where she built a distinguished career spanning over 30 years in the banking and financial services sector.

With nearly three decades of experience, Rashna has consistently guided organizations through complex legal, regulatory, and compliance landscapes. Her expertise spans high-stakes litigation across multiple forums, strategic legal advisory for large-scale transactions, and effective engagement with government and regulatory bodies. She is widely recognized for her ability to align legal strategy with business objectives, delivering impactful solutions in dynamic and challenging environments.
