Rohit Singhal is a leading expert in construction and engineering disputes, with over 27 years of international consulting and management experience. As the Founder & CEO of Masin, he has guided the firm to become a globally recognized consultancy with over 250 experts across twelve countries. Rohit is the Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association’s International Construction Projects Committee (ICP) Expert Witness and Technical Evidence Subcommittee. Rohit has appeared as an expert witness in over 80 international construction arbitrations, specializing in delay forensic analysis, quantum assessments, and technical matters. His extensive expertise has earned him recognition as one of the Top 10 Influential Construction Dispute Experts by Construction Week Middle East and a place in the Construction Power 100 List for 2022 and 2023. He also received the Outstanding Expert of the Year Award (IAEE, UAE) and is recognized as a Thought Leader in Arbitration by Lexology Index.
