Sabrina Touchard is counsel in Hughes Hubbard’s Paris office and a member of the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. Her practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitrations. She advises states and private entities in disputes relating to mining projects, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and distribution agreements. Sabrina also assists clients with post-arbitral disputes (annulment and enforcement).
Prior to joining Hughes Hubbard, she practiced for more than eight years at an international law firm in Paris, where she developed extensive expertise in international arbitration.
Sabrina is native in French, and fluent in English.
