Shota TODA

Shota Toda is an associate at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, where he focuses on international commercial arbitration and complex cross-border dispute resolution. He served as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague, where he assisted arbitral tribunals in investor-state arbitration cases and supported the Secretary-General in appointing authority matters. Shota earned a Master of Laws degree from Harvard Law School and is qualified to practice law as a solicitor in England and Wales, as well as in New York and Japan.
