Tammam KAISSI

Tammam Kaissi is a partner in our dispute resolution practice group. Tammam specialises in complex international arbitration proceedings with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors in the Middle East and Northern Africa. Tammam has represented multi-national companies, States and State-owned entities in numerous international commercial and investment treaty arbitration proceedings under most of the main arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL, ICSID, ICC, LCIA and DIAC.
Tammam's experience includes disputes relating to joint-ventures, BOT agreements, sport sponsorships, oil & gas (upstream and downstream) as well as disputes relating to the construction of major projects such as airport terminals, power plants, water desalination plants, LNG terminals, gas processing facilities, fertiliser plants, hospitals, sports stadia and recreational and hospitality complexes such as luxury hotels.
