Valentina FERRI

Valentina joined Eni in 1996. As a member of the legal department of Eni S.p.A. she has been in charge of legal assistance in Exploration and Production projects worldwide, including petroleum contracts negotiation, operational issues and dispute resolution. She has also advised on Eni’s midstream gas business, and has worked on Gas and LNG supply contracts negotiation and disputes. Back to upstream, Valentina is currently responsible for legal assistance to Eni’s upstream operations in twenty countries across America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
